Post Setup meet requirement of maintenance of Accounts:-
- Conduct and Comply with Statutory Auditing requirements under various applicable Laws in India ;
- Conduct Internal Auditing as per SOP of the client and report on irregularities ;
- Advice and implement Internal control and System aspects ;
- Conduct System Audit ;
- Prepare and arrange to send periodically Management Information Systems of the Business Operations ;
- Conduct Management Audit on Specific areas identify by the management ;
- Conduct Due Diligence Audit and Report on Indian Partner before entering into business agreement such as appointing as Selling Agents or entering into business combination agreement Joint Venture / Collaboration.
